Our facility offers a top-quality conference venue with highly competitive meeting rates and services that are designed exclusively to host meetings and events. The 20,500 sq. ft. of unobstructed, flexible space has a total of 13 meeting rooms, all of which are located on the same floor with our service corridor for vendors and deliveries offering easy access to all meeting rooms.    
Recognized as an environmental leader, the South San Francisco Conference Center is certified GOLD  under LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design), joining an elite group of buildings in California and recognized for outstanding sustainability performance and operational excellence. 
As part of our commitment to improve our environment:

  • We provide complimentary Monday-Friday shuttle for meeting attendees to utilize; Servicing BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), Cal Train and the Bay Ferry. 
  • Conference Center Catering, our exclusive caterer, practices food composting, recycling corks and is an award winning cater recognized for using local, fresh and sustainable products.
